The Position

We are seeking a Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) to join our team. As FEP, you will serve as a key business partner to our commercial organization, leveraging your in-depth business understanding and financial expertise to drive initiatives forward that are critical to delivering our strategy. You will support network building across the organization, share best practices, co-create solutions that generate value for the affiliate, the enterprise, and the customer, and leverage the skills and experience within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with the business to support co-lead touchpoints throughout the whole customer journey with an enterprise mindset.
  2. Balance resource allocation across competing priorities and provide advice on financial implications of proposed business activities.
  3. Key partner for commercial business-related processes such as business planning, opportunity prioritization, and creative strategies for revenue generation.
  4. Ensure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results and metrics, or advise on deviations and corrective actions.
  5. Participate in FEP communities to learn, share, and implement best practices across markets.
  6. Support the business and customers in co-creating new business models, quantifying value, and providing pricing transparency.
  7. Stimulate behaviors across the organization aligned with financial objectives.
  8. Monitor and manage customer performance over the whole contract life cycle with a profitability and outcomes-based perspective.
  9. Propose and drive ideas for P&L improvement - especially upsell opportunities, efficiency/waste improvement, risk reduction, channel filling, etc.
