Bella Hats, a renowned headwear boutique, is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at our store in Málaga, Spain. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct customers
  • Provide accurate product information, including features, pricing, and after-sales services
  • Answer customer inquiries about specific products and services
  • Proactively conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
  • Cross-sell and up-sell products
  • Ensure racks are fully stocked and packaging is ready before customers arrive
  • Manage returns of merchandise
  • Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service
  • Inform customers about discounts and special offers
  • Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and services

Requirements:

  • Fluent Spanish and good English language skills
  • Understanding of the retail sales process
  • Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
  • Basic knowledge of inventory stocking procedures and cash desk operations
  • Solid math skills and ability to perform in fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
