Job Title: Sales Associate II

At Coach, we're looking for a talented Sales Associate II to join our team. As a Sales Associate II, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Coach's visual merchandising standards
Requirements:
  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
