Sales Associate Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Tapestry, Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing Coach selling skills and Coach Service training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet personal sales and productivity goals
  • Deliver service that meets or exceeds expectations
  • Represent Coach to the consumer and act as an ambassador of the brand
  • Ensure customers' needs are consistently exceeded
Requirements:
  • Very good English proficiency
  • Previous experience in a retail service environment
  • Background in working in luxury retail (desirable)
