At The Knot Worldwide, we're seeking a seasoned CRM Director to spearhead our marketing automation efforts. With a proven track record in driving strategy and execution, you'll be instrumental in crafting meaningful connections with our customers through data-driven initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in B2B and B2C environments, including 5+ years of CRM management experience and 5+ years of people management experience. Advanced knowledge of SQL, expertise in AMPScript for dynamic content creation, and proficiency in HTML and CSS are essential. You'll also need to possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with English being a must and Spanish preferred.

We're looking for someone who can collaborate cross-functionally with senior stakeholders to drive customer and commercial goals. As a key member of our International Marketing Leadership team, you'll work closely with design, data, consumer marketing, vendor marketing, and other functional areas to create personalized customer experiences. Your ability to leverage data-driven insights and optimize email campaigns will be crucial in achieving measurable results.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and building email and mobile journeys that engage consumers and vendors, driving engagement to increase customer lifetime value. You'll also identify new opportunities for continuous improvement, conduct testing, and manage a structured testing plan to continually improve performance. Additionally, you'll create personalized experiences using dynamic content and collaborate with the internal design team to create visually compelling templates and graphics that support email best practices.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-volume email campaigns across multiple markets, with expertise in email best practices, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM compliance. They'll also have hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Audience Builder. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, are essential.

In terms of compensation, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
