Lime is seeking a highly skilled Global Operations Senior Analyst to join our Fleet Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and improving our fleet accounting processes, ensuring compliance with public audit partners' requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Support local teams worldwide with ad-hoc fleet accounting requests and questions
- Maintain and improve our quarterly asset audit program to ensure visibility into vehicle and battery locations and quality
- Manage the asset hold function, developing clear standards and best practices for hold utilization and reporting
- Partner with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to develop data infrastructure and reporting on fleet accounting data and Key Performance Indicators
- 2-5 years of experience in Operations, Finance, Consulting, or analyst-type roles with an analytical mindset and inquisitive nature
- Advanced SQL, Google Sheets, and data management skills
- Experience building, implementing, and iterating upon best practices and process changes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to technical and non-technical individuals
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new concepts and tools
- Able to travel 10% of the time
