Global Operations Senior Analyst, Fleet Accounting Lead

Lime is seeking a highly skilled Global Operations Senior Analyst, Fleet Accounting to join our Fleet Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving our fleet accounting processes, ensuring compliance with public audit partners' requirements.
You will work closely with local operations teams across 31 countries and partner with other globally focused teams to develop and iterate on tools and processes for accounting for vehicle and battery fleets.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an evolving startup environment, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Finance, Consulting, or analyst roles
- Advanced SQL, Google Sheets, and data management skills
- Experience building, implementing, and iterating upon best practices and process changes
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new concepts and using new tools
- Able to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical individuals
- Support local teams with ad-hoc fleet accounting requests and questions
- Maintain, improve, and manage our quarterly asset audit program
- Manage the asset hold function, ensuring clear standards and best practices
- Partner with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to develop data infrastructure and reporting
