Job SummaryWe're seeking a seasoned Senior Analyst to join our Fleet Management team, focusing on Fleet Accounting management and process improvement. As a key member of our Global Operations Excellence team, you'll provide strategic guidance and tools to optimize the utilization and operation of our electric vehicle fleets, meeting the demands of our customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Support local teams globally with ad-hoc fleet accounting requests and questions, ensuring seamless operations.
- Develop and maintain our quarterly asset audit program, providing visibility into vehicle and battery locations and quality, in compliance with public audit partners' requirements.
- Manage the asset hold function, establishing clear standards and best practices for hold utilization, reporting, and cross-functional partner needs.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to develop data infrastructure and reporting on fleet accounting data and Key Performance Indicators.
We're looking for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in Operations, Finance, Consulting, or analyst-type roles. You'll be an in-the-moment problem solver, able to think critically about short-term and long-term plans.
