**The Role**

We're seeking a highly skilled Performance Expert to join our Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for the effective management of all Pay Per Click (PPC), Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Video activity. Reporting directly to the Head of PPC, you'll work closely with a team of growth hackers from diverse backgrounds to drive marketing success.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of Paid Marketing campaigns, including planning, strategy development, account setup, execution, and analysis.
  • Lead test and learn projects to inform best practices, introduce new ideas, and explore emerging trends.
  • Scope out and identify new platforms, tools, and systems to enhance performance.
  • Track and optimize campaigns ROI, manage budget, deadlines, and recommend modifications to ad spends and channel selection.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in SaaS companies, with a focus on B2B and lead generation.
  • Proven tactical and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data quickly, with hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience in running large-scale, performance-oriented PPC campaigns with a monthly budget of over €100K.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize, meet deadlines, and be adaptable and focused.
  • Hands-on experience in copywriting and a keen eye for design to ensure our brand and value proposition are effectively communicated and maximized for conversion.
  • Extensive experience managing paid search placements, including SEM (text ads/PPC), Facebook ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Self-directed with a passion for continuous learning and growth, embracing the continuous improvement approach (define-measure-analyze-improve-control).
  • Strong teamwork orientation and ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Based in Barcelona and fluent in English, with one or more European languages (Spanish, German, French).

**Desired but Not Required**

  • Highly valued previous experience with programmatic.
