We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CFO Assistant to join our Finance and Administration team at Kymos Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial functions.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of the annual budget and its forecasts or periodic reviews.
- Participate in the monitoring of financial indicators and control of their application.
- Expense Management
- Review, supervision, and negotiation of all direct and indirect expenses, outsourcing services, and Group contracts.
- Reporting and Compliance
- Carry out the reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual), ensuring consistency with accounting and management reports and identifying possible deviations and risks.
- Process Improvement
- Recommend and implement process improvements to achieve better results.
- Intercompany Management
- Manage intercompany services and coordinate all information from different companies.
- Capex Evolution
- Follow, report, and manage capital expenditures.
- Education
- Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or similar.
- Experience
- Previous experience of 5 years in a Finance department, Finance Consulting, or Audit company.
- Experience in finance software such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.
- Skills
- Accounting knowledge.
- Knowledge of tax area in general.
- Experience in implementing policies to harmonize procedures.
- Consolidation knowledge valued.
- High level of English.
- Good communication skills.
- Analytical thinking.
