About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled CFO Assistant to join our Finance and Administration team at Kymos Group. This is a key role that will provide support to our 3 sites in Spain, Germany, and Italy, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, as well as implementing new ones.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of each area of the department, supporting the CFO of the company in all tasks related to the management of the areas related to the department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review, supervision, and negotiation of all direct and indirect expenses, outsourcing services, and Group contracts.
- Participate in the preparation and consolidation of the annual budget and its forecasts or periodic reviews.
- Participate in monitoring indicators of expenses of activity and control of its application.
- Carry out reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual), ensuring consistency with accounting and management reports and identifying possible deviations and risks.
- Develop and apply plans or recommendations to reduce costs.
- Optimize management information systems.
- Responsible for developing and implementing the system of flows, SOPs, procedures, and good practices of the department.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to achieve better results.
- Support different department areas.
- Control accruals and deferrals.
- Intercompany management services and coordination of all information of different companies.
- Capex evolution, following, and reporting.

Requirements:

- Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or similar.
- Previous experience of 5 years in Finance department, Finance Consulting, or Audit company.
- Experience in finance software like SAP, NET SUITE, ORACLE, DYNAMICS, etc.
- Accounting knowledge.
- Knowledge of the tax area in general.
- Experience in implementing policies to harmonize procedures.
- Consolidation knowledge will be valued.
- A high level of English.

- Team player.
