CFO Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CFO Assistant to join our Finance and Administration team at Kymos Group.
Key Responsibilities- Support the CFO in day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Review and negotiate direct and indirect expenses, outsourcing services, and group contracts.
- Participate in the preparation and consolidation of the annual budget and its forecasts or periodic reviews.
- Monitor indicators of expenses and control their application.
- Carry out reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual), ensuring consistency with accounting and management reports.
- Make and apply plans or recommendations to reduce costs.
- Optimize management information systems.
- Develop and implement systems of flows, SOPs, procedures, and good practices for the department.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to achieve better results.
- Support different department areas.
- Control accruals and deferrals.
- Intercompany management services and coordination of information from different companies.
- Capex evolution, following, and reporting.
- Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or similar.
- Previous experience of 5 years in a Finance department, Finance Consulting, or Audit company.
- Experience in a finance software like SAP, NET SUIT, ORACLE, DYNAMICS, etc.
- Accounting knowledge.
- Knowledge of Tax area in general.
- Experience in implementing policies to harmonize procedures.
- Consolidation knowledge will be valued.
- A high level of English.
- Good communication skills.

- Planning and organization skills.
- Goal orientation.
- Team player.
