Dutch Sales Development Representative with Excellent Communication Skills

At Teleperformance Spain, we are seeking highly skilled professionals to engage and obtain high potential advertisers in the Dutch market. This is a full-time position (39 hours/week) based in Barcelona with a salary of approximately 29,800€ gross/year.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound customer calls to promote and sell our service
  • Creating, maintaining and updating database of customers with complete information
  • Consolidating existing customer base while building new customer base
  • Recording outbound call history and customers' responses in detail
  • Ensuring customer follow-up all the time
  • Monitoring competitors' products or services and creating selling strategies for our own products or services
  • Handling customer needs and requirements
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving

Requirements:

  • Native level of Dutch with fluent English
  • Previous sales experience
  • Experience with CRM
  • Strong written and oral business communication skills
  • Comfortable in goal driven environment and attaining goals with broader team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Goal oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious and proactive
  • Able to work independently, but within a team environment
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate multiple business models
  • Customer driven and focused on providing exemplary customer experience
