About the Role: As a Regional Talent Sourcing Director, you will lead and manage a regional team of Talent Sourcers and leaders who are responsible for qualifying and matching candidates to defined profiles & specific open requisitions across their assigned regions and skill-based alignment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:- Lead, manage, inspire, and motivate an outbound Sourcing team
- Manage hiring, onboarding, training, performance, development (including supporting IDP creation) and coaching for assigned team member(s)
- Identify opportunities for team training and lead based on team-needs
- Build and drive an engaging, inclusive, and collaborative culture across the team
- Create, lead, and drive a strong candidate-centric focus across the team, including timely communication
- Partner closely with GBR Recruiting Leaders to align on Sourcing needs across their BU's
You Will Need:
- People leadership experience highly preferred
- Proven ability to attract, lead, motivate and inspire a team of recruiting associates
