About the Role

Esade, a global academic institution, seeks a skilled professional to drive its media presence and reputation. As a key member of the Communications team, you will be responsible for executing communication strategies, building relationships with media outlets, and creating engaging content to enhance the institution's visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication Strategy Execution: Develop and implement communication strategies to elevate Esade's reputation and media presence.
  • Media Relations: Foster strong relationships with journalists and media outlets to secure coverage and promote the institution's initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including articles, press releases, and social media posts, to engage the target audience and drive user engagement.
  • Impact Monitoring: Track and analyze media impact to ensure alignment with Esade's goals and objectives.
  • Special Initiatives: Develop and execute special projects to promote the institution's initiatives and enhance its public image.

Requirements

  • Content Curation and Copywriting: Ability to detect communication opportunities, execute projects from conception to realization, and measure impact.
  • Content Creation: Develop new angles and produce engaging stories, articles, and press releases to promote Esade's initiatives.
  • Media Relations: Address inquiries from media and other parties, coordinating internally to provide timely and valuable responses.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with different units and departments to suggest content calendars and receive approval on topics and publishing schedules.
