Job Title: Recruiter Business Partner

Join Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe, Madrid, as a Recruiter Business Partner and take on a challenging role in our Human Resources team.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter Business Partner to lead the selection process from understanding customer needs to selecting the most suitable candidate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and understanding manager needs, discussing requirements, and translating them into appealing job advertisements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and understand manager needs, discussing requirements and translating them into job advertisements
  • Advertise vacancies on job boards, career websites, and other approved media
  • Participate in employment marketing events and conduct internet research using search engines and social networks
  • Identify target groups and inspire them to apply
  • Conduct preselection and final selection personal interviews based on professional assessment and online psychometric tests analysis
  • Develop and maintain relationships with functional customers in divisions and establish long-term relationships with desirable candidates
Requirements:
  • University degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Knowledge and experience in recruitment or other Human Resources disciplines
  • Ability to quickly grasp job skills, competencies, and industry knowledge
  • Take-charge mentality, committed, solution-oriented, flexible, and open-minded
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish, with any other language skills a plus
