Job Description

**Job Title:** Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM consultant to join our team at Oracle Contractors. As a key representative for HR systems, you will work closely with our global implementation team to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the European side of the programme and lead Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
  • Develop and implement core HR reports using Oracle reporting functionality.
  • Identify hierarchy and security requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for business users.
  • Work with HR teams to improve existing working practices and introduce new ones.
  • Manage external resources to deliver projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three Oracle Cloud HCM implementations covering core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence, Talent, and Goals.
  • Implementation background of other ERP HCM applications (Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.).
  • Strong change and transformation experience from both a user and business process perspective.
