**Unlock Customer Potential with Amazon Web Services**
We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our AWS Enterprise Support team. As a key advisor, you will help our customers achieve the greatest value from our services by crafting and executing strategies for adoption and use.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in distributed systems environments. They will possess excellent communication skills, both technical and business-oriented, and be able to effectively represent AWS within customer environments.
Key responsibilities include providing support for enterprise customers, analyzing operational performance, and fostering trusting relationships with clients. The role may require travel (10-25% as needed).
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for two (2) of the following: Infrastructure/Systems Administration/Networking/DevOps/Compute/Storage/Database/Big Data and Analytics/Application-level services/Serverless/Applications Development in a distributed systems environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related discipline required, or equivalent work experience.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, within technical and business settings.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Software Design or Development, Content Distribution/CDN, Scripting/Automation, Database Architecture, IP Networking, IT Security, Big Data/Hadoop/Spark, Operations Management, Service Oriented Architecture
**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
