Customer Acquisition and Personalization Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer acquisition and personalization efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract new customers and enhance their shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective alignment in acquisition strategies.
  • Define acquisition objectives for key markets and channels.
  • Coordinate digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, affiliates, and partnerships.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaign implementation to attract new customers.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Measure acquisition strategy effectiveness, providing regular performance reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Customer Personalization:

  • Develop data-driven personalization strategies to enhance customer experiences.
  • Consolidate the global personalization vision and its application across touchpoints with stakeholders.
  • Implement a roadmap integrating eCommerce, CRM, and branding needs, in coordination with Advanced Analytics teams.
  • Leverage customer behavior insights to personalize navigation, product recommendations, and web content with digital product and merchandising teams.
  • Oversee data collection and analysis to inform personalization strategies.
  • Stay current with the latest personalization and eCommerce trends and technologies.

Strategic Communication Planning:

  • Develop an annual and monthly communication plan for our existing customer base.
  • Define communication and content policies, integrating product campaigns, promotions, brand collaborations, and loyalty program communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, eCommerce, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer acquisition and personalization roles, preferably in eCommerce or fashion retail.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, data analysis, and personalization tools is required. Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, marketing automation) is a plus. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into effective strategies are essential. Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams are also required. Proactive, creative, and results-oriented individuals are encouraged to apply.
