Join Our Team as a Site Manager - Electrical

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager - Electrical to lead our site works phase of the project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring site teams of field services engineers, installation teams, and sub-vendors for the installation and commissioning of Schneider Electric equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend daily site meetings, toolbox talks, and conduct task briefings with customers, contractors, and suppliers to protect company interests.
  • Prepare, monitor, and update detailed installation and commissioning schedules and collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure commissioning activities are integrated into the overall project program.
  • Oversee on-site works and teams of technicians to ensure they adhere to all health and safety regulations and HSE plans.
  • Monitor works and provide weekly progress reports to the Project Manager, collect timesheets, and organize the daily report, identifying performed activities, roadblocks, and downtime.
  • Manage and monitor day-to-day site activities, anticipate resource levels, and ensure timely and efficient execution of fieldwork.
  • Ensure method statements are communicated, understood, acknowledged, and followed by all site staff.
  • Ensure all construction complies with design specifications and provide feedback to the design team in case of modifications.
  • Identify problems with systems or products during installation and testing.
  • Prepare, review, and approve concise commissioning method statements where necessary.
  • Complete necessary certificates for handover to the client and witness testing and associated documentation.

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in managing and working with teams of contractors, as a site manager or on-site project manager. Experience in Datacenter projects with major global customers, Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Switchgear, and commissioning of electrical equipment is highly desirable. Strong stakeholder communication skills are essential.
