About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to lead our electrical infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring site teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Coordination: Attend daily site meetings, toolbox talks, and conduct task briefings with customers, contractors, and suppliers to protect company interests.
  2. Schedule Management: Prepare, monitor, and update detailed installation and commissioning schedules, ensuring commissioning activities are integrated into the overall project program.
  3. Site Operations: Oversee on-site works and teams of technicians, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and HSE plans.
  4. Progress Reporting: Monitor works and provide weekly progress reports to the project manager, collecting timesheets and organizing daily reports.
  5. Resource Management: Manage and monitor day-to-day site activities, anticipating resource levels and ensuring timely and efficient execution of fieldwork.
  6. Method Statement Compliance: Ensure method statements are communicated, understood, acknowledged, and followed by all site staff.
  7. Team Leadership: Direct other employees and contractors engaged in work on behalf of the company, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
  8. Quality Assurance: Ensure all construction complies with design specifications and provide feedback to the design team for modifications.
  9. Problem Identification: Identify problems with systems or products during installation and testing, ensuring proper installation, testing, and commissioning.
