About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Lead to join our High Voltage Products team at Hitachi Vantara Corporation. As a key member of our Operations and HSE function, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and improving our project management framework to ensure efficient and effective processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a robust project management framework to drive business growth and success.
  • Define and set up project management control processes to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Identify and address skill gaps within the team to ensure we have the right talent to deliver our projects.
  • Develop and implement global project management tools and performance indicators to measure project success.
Requirements

  • Higher education in engineering or a technical field.
  • PMP certification and experience in technical project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a global environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
