About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Product Operations Leader to join our team at Galderma Services Spain, S.L. in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our Operations organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our product operating model across the Rx Inline & OTC business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a change leader to pioneer and establish the Galderma Product Operating model within Operations and across our end-to-end stakeholders.
  • Lead the Rx Inline & OTC Product Operations Teams, applying broad knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing technology, regulatory requirements, quality standards, financial aspects, and business processes.
  • Provide leadership for major Rx Inline & OTC launches, geographic roll-out and end-to-end life cycle management projects.
  • Assimilate new and emerging information on the brand strategy and analyze and integrate data from across functional areas to provide strategic guidance to the Product Team.
  • Develop and maintain a high performing team, building effective relationships and collaboration.
Requirements
  • BS/MS in operations, engineering, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related field, advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in pharmaceutical, OTC, life sciences, biotech, or related field.
  • Experience in launching products, managing geographic rollouts, and LCM projects.
  • Proven experience within a Product Operating model in a complex environment is an advantage.
