Business Development Manager with French Language Expertise

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Gameloft. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing and liaising with new and existing partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the MENA and West Africa regions, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Commercial Growth: Collaborate closely with the commercial and operations teams in the region to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products to existing clients, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • New Business Development: Proactively prospect, approach, and present Gameloft's services and products to new clients, building relationships and securing new business opportunities.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate commercial conditions and contractual aspects with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including technical and operations, to achieve targets and drive business success.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with teams to launch new projects within defined timelines, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze products and identify potential optimizations on live projects, improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks with a revenue-oriented approach, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency.
