About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at the Kardex Group. As a key member of our Digital Work Group, you will play a crucial role in streamlining and automating business and technical processes within the M365 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically advise the business on business, process, and technical requirements, analyzing and documenting them.
  • Jointly find solutions with the Kardex Digital Work Group to optimize business and technical processes.
  • Lead initiatives to design, develop, maintain, and govern the M365 platform services.
  • Provide technical guidance and implementation for the overall security of M365 deployments.
  • Research and lead on configuration and best practices for M365 applications and specified system changes.
  • Collaborate with the Subject Matter Expert M365 and provide 2nd-level support and advice for day-to-day operations.
  • Advise and train application owners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer engineering, information technology, computer science, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of experience in an IT team, especially in the areas of architecture, development, and project implementation.
  • Experience with Power Platform Automation Solutions such as Power Automate, Power Apps, etc., as well as with the administration of Microsoft Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Azure Active Directory.
  • Scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or C# are an advantage.
  • Previous knowledge of cloud environments, especially Azure Cloud, is desirable.
  • Deep understanding and practical experience with the M365 environment at an enterprise level; ideally Microsoft certifications, especially MS-XXX and PL-XXX.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • German and English language skills.
