About the Role

The Kardex Group, a leading manufacturer of dynamic storage, retrieval, and distribution systems, is seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in advising the business on technical requirements, analyzing, identifying, and documenting them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically advise the business on business, process, and technical requirements
  • Analyze, identify, and document technical requirements
  • Jointly find solutions with the Kardex Digital Work Group to streamline and automate business and technical processes within the M365 ecosystem
  • Lead initiatives to design, develop, maintain, and govern the M365 platform services
  • Create technical guidance and implementation for the overall security of M365 deployments
  • Research and lead on configuration and best practices for M365 applications and specified system changes
  • Work closely with the Subject Matter Expert M365 and provide 2nd level support and advice for day-to-day operations
  • Advise and train application owners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer engineering, information technology, computer science, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in an IT team, especially in the areas of architecture, development, and project implementation
  • Experience with Power Platform Automation Solutions such as Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.
  • Experience with the administration of Microsoft Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Azure Active Directory
  • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or C# is an advantage
  • Previous knowledge of cloud environments, especially Azure Cloud, is desirable
  • Deep understanding and practical experience with the M365 environment at enterprise level; ideally Microsoft certifications, especially MS-XXX and PL-XXX
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • German and English language skills
