At the Kardex Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect MS Power Platform to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Work Group, you'll play a crucial role in streamlining and automating business and technical processes within the M365 ecosystem.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Strategically advise the business on business, process, and technical requirements, analyzing and documenting them.
- Collaborate with our Digital Work Group to design, develop, maintain, and govern M365 platform services.
- Develop technical guidance and implementation for the overall security of M365 deployments.
- Research and lead on configuration and best practices for M365 applications and specified system changes.
- Provide 2nd-level support and advice for day-to-day operations, working closely with our Subject Matter Expert M365.
- Advise and train application owners on M365 solutions.
Your Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer engineering, information technology, computer science, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in an IT team, especially in architecture, development, and project implementation.
- Experience with Power Platform Automation Solutions, such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and administration of Microsoft Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Azure Active Directory.
- Scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or C# are an advantage.
- Previous knowledge of cloud environments, especially Azure Cloud, is desirable.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with the M365 environment at an enterprise level; Microsoft certifications are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- German and English language skills.
