Join Our Team as a Senior Power Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Solution Architect to join our team at Siemens, S. A. in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our Data Center team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the main electrical infrastructure of Data Centers for the Spanish market.

About the Role

In this role, you will support our global clients to enter and grow in the Spanish market. You will also support local consultants and local offices of global consultants in Spain on the design and implementation of Data Center electrical infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing the main electrical infrastructure of Data Centers, including all relevant interfaces.
  • Translating design outline letters into solutions that meet and exceed the clients' expectations.
  • Taking ownership of the design choices with the related functional and financial impact.
  • Further developing the technical relationship with end-clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Supporting the sales organization to enable the further development of global named accounts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in power engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the design of power transmission and distribution systems and/or projects ranging from medium voltage down to low voltage in critical environments, preferably Data Centers.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in the Spanish market.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key technical stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
