In collaboration with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has designed an exclusive program aimed at providing top-tier training in vital areas of knowledge necessary for future professionals.

Participants will have the chance to pursue a Master's degree, structured in three training segments, alongside an 11-month internship at Airbus, tailored to their academic background.

Internship Overview

Opportunity to engage with the Facility Management team within the FMRE Business Partners sector. The FMRE Business Partners serve as the primary contacts for all Facility Management-related matters, focusing on:

  • Interaction and collaboration with Business Partners
  • Coordination with service lines
  • Delivering comprehensive site master plans
  • Space management, overseeing the company's physical space inventory and ensuring alignment with business needs and FM strategy

To guarantee that Airbus maintains an optimal work environment for its employees and operational activities, the focus will be on implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity.

A key responsibility of the FMRE Business Partners team is to produce the Site Master Plan, integrating inputs from various FM services and areas, including the Real Estate Site Master Plan.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating on the development of Site Masterplans for all locations in Spain. This involves consolidating solutions from Facility Management into a cohesive plan that addresses future business requirements, providing technical insights to optimize space utilization.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with Airbus business partners, understanding and anticipating their needs, and managing supplier performance.
  • Overseeing the company's physical space inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and maintenance of space and occupancy data.
  • Promoting innovation in Airbus workspaces in line with market trends.
  • Providing quantitative and qualitative insights to support management-level discussions and decision-making.
  • Being aware of compliance risks and committing to integrity as a foundation for the company's success.
  • Focusing on improving efficiency and productivity through best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Architecture
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)
  • Fluent Spanish speaker
  • Interest in developing project management skills
  • Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn
  • Real Estate knowledge is a plus
