Participants will have the chance to pursue a Master's degree through a structured curriculum divided into three training segments, alongside an 11-month internship at Airbus, allowing for practical application of academic learning.

Internship Role:

As an intern within the Facility Management team, you will play a crucial role in the FMRE Business Partners area. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with business partners and facilitating communication.
  • Coordinating with various service lines.
  • Contributing to the development of site master plans for core locations.
  • Managing physical space resources, ensuring optimal utilization and tracking occupancy.

Your efforts will be pivotal in creating a conducive work environment that enhances employee productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the formulation of comprehensive Site Masterplans for Airbus locations across Spain, integrating Facility Management solutions to meet future business needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with business partners, understanding their requirements and ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
  • Oversee the management of space inventory, maintaining accurate data for effective mid-term planning.
  • Drive innovation in workplace design, aligning with current market trends.
  • Provide analytical insights to support management decisions and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
  • Maintain a commitment to compliance and ethical standards, ensuring integrity in all operations.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Architecture.
  • Proficient in English (C1 level) and fluent in Spanish.
  • A strong interest in project management.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate principles is advantageous.
