AIRBUS is offering a unique opportunity for recent graduates through our comprehensive graduate program focused on Compensation and Benefits. This program is designed to cultivate your professional skills within the aeronautical industry.
We seek enthusiastic individuals from various academic backgrounds who are eager to advance their careers in a dynamic environment. The evolving landscape of the industry requires innovative thinking and adaptability.
Program Highlights:
In collaboration with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has established an exclusive initiative aimed at providing exceptional training in critical areas necessary for future professionals.
Participants will engage in a Master’s program structured into three educational modules, enabling you to acquire the most sought-after skills today. This will be complemented by an 11-month internship at Airbus, where you will gain practical experience relevant to your field of study.
The internship will commence in early October and will span 11 months, providing a full-time experience (40 hours per week) along with a competitive study grant.
Internship Responsibilities:
- Become a vital member of the Reward/Compensation & Benefits team at Airbus Spain.
- Contribute to the Human Resources department, focusing on Compensation & Benefit solutions that align with Airbus's strategic objectives.
- Engage with three core areas: Benefits, Salary, and Job Grading for Airbus employees in Spain.
- Assist in enhancing, streamlining, and executing departmental processes, collaborating with both local and international teams.
- Support the implementation of salary initiatives and assist in job leveling activities, which are crucial for evaluating the impact of roles within the organization.
- Contribute to the development of the benefits portfolio available to Airbus employees.
- Monitor and assess the overall performance and effectiveness of our Reward strategies.
- University degree in Law, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Familiarity with MyPULSE and SAP is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and flexibly to diverse tasks.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to distill complex information for various audiences.
- Proactive in suggesting process enhancements and solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a willingness to collaborate in both local and international settings.
