Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of new configurations in Esker or EDI with careful supervision from the order management team.
  • Leverage automation tools such as EDI and Esker to optimize order entry, tracking, and resolution processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate new functionality or feedback on support requests.
  • Document process and best practices related to Esker, EDI & Ecommerce for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
  • Strong interest in automation technologies and willingness to learn new tools and concepts.
  • Self-starter with effective prioritization, task management, and minimal direct supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with team members.
