Opportunity to Join a Global Hospitality Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at SLS Barcelona, an innovative and fast-growing international group. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic digital marketing plans that drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement paid media campaigns across various digital channels to promote the establishment's offerings and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate to create integrated campaigns that combine social media, influencer partnerships, and paid media efforts.
  • Monitor and optimize paid media campaigns to maximize ROI and reach target KPIs such as click-through rates and conversion rates.
  • Evaluate and adjust the influencer PR strategy based on performance data and industry trends to optimize results and drive brand growth.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree with emphasis in 360 Marketing management.
  • +3 years' experience in hospitality/luxury marketing department.
  • Proven team player with a high level of energy and motivation with a proven track record of living the company's values.
  • Proficient knowledge of computer systems such as: Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook is required.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position based in Barcelona, Spain, and offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative company.
