Project Management Office Lead

The Project Management Office Lead will be responsible for managing strategic projects to support the company's transformation within the Technical Department. This role will support management in implementing strategic orientations and managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Manage cross-functional strategic projects/programs, including scoping, study, and implementation phases.
- Steering Committees: Lead operational and/or strategic steering committees to ensure effective project management.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with various stakeholders and partners involved in the project.
- Change Management: Implement change management for operational teams to ensure a smooth transition.
- Methodology and Tools: Implement methodology and tools within the department to improve project management.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessment and escalate if necessary to ensure project success.
- Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, budget, schedule, progress, risks, and other performance metrics.
- Internal Communication: Promote strategic projects internally and communicate with all D&C teams and partners.
- Culture Development: Develop a culture of Lean management within the organization.
- Data4 Build Project: Define the Technical Department's processes and deploy them across the Platform (Europe).
- IT Tool Implementation: Implement IT tools in collaboration with other Group entities.
- Strategic Projects: Launch strategic projects within the company, including internalization/externalization of certain functions and organizational changes.
- Industrialization: Manage the industrialization of the technical department known as «SMS».
- Process Review: Conduct internal process review and improvement projects.
- Certification Policies: Respect and enforce certification policies in terms of Health and Safety, Environment, Information Security, and Energy.
- Education and Experience: Higher education with at least 10 years' experience in managing large-scale strategic projects, particularly digital projects, for large/medium-sized companies in an international context.
- Technical Skills: Experience in conducting complex studies and projects, particularly in construction/infrastructure.
- Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
