HSE Conformance Audits Manager

As HSE Conformance Audits Manager, you will oversee the execution of the HSE Audits Program for internal locations, ensuring legal compliance and promoting a positive HSE culture across all levels of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with Sandoz HSE Leadership teams and major stakeholders to assess organizational needs and develop a global health, safety, and environment strategy.
* Develop, plan, and drive the implementation of policies and programs to reduce current and future HSE Audits Program related risks and liabilities.
* Guide site leadership on compliance requirements and advise the HSE business partners.
* Lead HSE Audits assurance work, including the execution of internal conformance and leading external legal compliance audits.
* Establish a strong and effective network with Business Partners and HSE networks.
* Provide ongoing coaching and support to HSE leaders worldwide.

**Requirements:**

* University degree (min. Master's degree, or equivalent), ideally in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field.
* Fluent in English, additional languages preferred.
* 6+ years of proven experience in HSE Audits Program domain.
* Solid program management experience including budget, senior management reporting, and working in matrix teams.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
* High emotional intelligence and a leadership style that is inclusive and proactive.
