Job Summary

As a Senior CMO Project Manager at Almirall Hermal Gmbh, you will oversee and coordinate strategic cycles each year, including the Long Term forecast, 5-Year Forecast Exercise, Budget, and Brand Plan Process. You will lead the development of the 5-Year Forecast Exercise Process, incorporating inputs from various stakeholders, and ensure an integrated approach to create strong Global Brand Plans. Additionally, you will facilitate interactions with Marketing, Market Insights, and Global Medical Affairs teams to create yearly assumption decks for decision-making. You will also participate in the Launch Readiness Review (LRR) Process, supporting launch preparation and execution tracking related to Product Strategy. Furthermore, you will lead dashboard implementation and motivate regular use for presentations and business discussions, and be responsible for updating or developing dashboards as a business partner for IT. You will also coordinate activities between the CMO areas to foster seamless collaboration and efficient workflows, increase responsiveness of existing operations, and help define new operational strategies by working with the CMO department and other executives on special projects. You will identify optimization opportunities to improve performance and drive efficiencies and support simplicity goals.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • BA Required; Master's-level education is a bonus.
  • At least five years of experience in project management.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent English level is required.
  • Highly accountable, proactive problem-solver, and able to handle competing priorities.
  • Experience in working with diverse markets and cultures.
  • Demonstrated history of supporting or managing innovation, growth, simplification process to deliver measurable value add and change.
