About This Opportunity:

Criteo, a global leader in digital advertising, is seeking an experienced Strategic Project Manager Transformation Expert to drive strategic and transversal projects from scoping to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Scoping and Problem Solving: Ensure project objectives are clearly defined through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Strategic Project Recommendation and Implementation: Formalize a strategic project recommendation and implementation plan with clear milestones, objectives, and timeline.
  • Day-to-Day Project Management: Track progress against plan and ensure day-to-day management of the project.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with stakeholders to create a trusted relationship and ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives among the project team.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and manage issues that could arise.
  • Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Ensure proper monitoring and reporting to the project Sponsor.

About You:

We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in strategic project management, preferably within Criteo or similar fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Criteo's strategy, a strong belief in the need for transformation, and experience leading cross-functional or operational projects.

  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills are crucial at every point of a change project.
  • Active Listening: Good communication is a two-way process; listening to internal customers' feedback, needs, and concerns is vital.
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to see the big picture, anticipate future trends and consequences, and incorporate them into the operational/organizational plan.
  • Project Management: A deep understanding of project management techniques such as planning, scheduling, risk management, and change control is crucial.
  • Measurement and Analysis: The ability to measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives and use that information to improve future efforts.
  • Interpersonal & Influencing Skills: Building strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and other departments is key.
  • Problem Solving: Efficient and effective problem-solving for large-scale programs with complex scenarios and high stakes.

Compensation Package:

The salary for this position is approximately $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
