Job Title: Digital Banking Application Support Engineer

As a key member of our Digital Banking team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our digital banking systems and services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch application support to our customers, helping them to resolve any issues they may encounter while using our digital banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional application support to customers, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our digital banking systems, including core banking platforms, APIs, and integrations.
  • Participate in the design, development, and testing of new digital banking features and services.
  • Work closely with our development team to identify and prioritize technical requirements, ensuring that our digital banking systems meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation, ensuring that our digital banking systems are well-documented and easily maintainable.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in application support, preferably in a digital banking environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Experience with digital banking systems, including core banking platforms, APIs, and integrations.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
