About the Role:
The Technical Lead for Patient Safety Solutions will be responsible for:
- Creating detailed design solutions and services to meet quality and performance requirements
- Developing and delivering system solutions for a specific business or technology area
- Ensuring designs adhere to architectural roadmap and support the development, execution, and operations of software/services
- Ensuring peer review and sign-off of detailed designs by the business
- Ensuring overall user experience is taken into account when designing new solutions and services
- Taking accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline or equivalent experience demonstrated
- Awareness of Lean/6 Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile methodology
- Influencing without authority
- Project Management
- Ability to work and lead a cross-functional team in a matrix environment
- Skills in IT Enterprise Business Architecture, IT Systems Design, IT Systems Integration, User Experience Design, and knowledge of IT Applications tools
