Product Lead Near Patient Care

As a Product Lead Near Patient Care, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding the product's journey, steering its success, and leading a cross-functional team responsible for improving it.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with the company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Define a marketing plan, proposing objectives, strategies, initiatives, and tactics for sales teams of the related product/solution, focusing on Near Patient Care and aligning with the Integrated Company Plan.
  • Prepare for the related products & solutions, staying updated on developments and publications related to the products.
  • Follow Near Patient Care market trends, understand customer journeys, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop promotional campaigns in coordination with Global teams and manage budget control.
  • Attain comprehensive knowledge of the product's features, clinical applications, and competitive advantages.
  • Capture customer and market feedback and communicate proposed product improvements to global teams.
  • Adapt or create technical-commercial documentation and provide comprehensive materials that aid the product's understanding and promotion.
  • Work with quality and regulatory departments to uphold standards and compliance.
  • Provide support for technical-commercial matters, including product-specific training and assistance with product-related queries in tenders.
  • Commit to ongoing personal education to master new product features and stay updated on existing product solutions.
Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of the engineering and/or the science behind the portfolio under your responsibility.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or previous on-the-job experience that supports mastery in the related product portfolio.
  • Comprehensive understanding of product functionalities, clinical indications, and market positioning.
  • Good marketing capabilities, with autonomy to design and execute product-centered strategies.
  • Effective communication and educational skills, particularly in training sales forces and engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Good analytical and strategic planning abilities.
  • Fluent in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
