Job Description

Help us achieve our purpose of Feeding the Future by joining our Young Professional Program in Global Supply Chain. As a pioneer in animal nutrition and aquafeed, we're shaping a sustainable future for food production globally.

Our program is designed to help you develop yourself on a personal and professional level by understanding our end-to-end supply chain processes, including the interdependencies and interconnectedness between different areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain industry-specific knowledge and leverage the experience of experts in our different locations and Opcos.
  • Work on challenging tasks, projects, and complete numerous trainings in an international environment.
  • Develop your personal network in a collaborative environment.
  • Identify potential improvements to help us drive for optimisation.
Requirements
  • Master's in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Business Administration.
  • Strong proficiency of business English and local language.
  • Maximum of one to two years of experience in supply chain, business administration, or manufacturing environments.
  • Eagerness to take on global projects and temporary international relocation opportunities.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to different cultures, helping our operations around the world.
What We Offer
  • A special 18-month program, split into three six-month rotations on the job, normally in three different countries, in three different supply chain areas.
