Job Description

Nutreco is a pioneer in animal nutrition and aquafeed, and our purpose of Feeding the Future is our passion. We're shaping a sustainable future for food production globally.

As part of the SHV family, our business lines, Skretting and Trouw Nutrition, are revolutionising aquaculture and advancing livestock health and productivity with innovative solutions that are breaking new ground in the industry.

We're looking for talented individuals to join our Young Professional Program, a 18-month program designed to help you fully develop yourself on a personal and professional level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain industry-specific knowledge and leverage the experience of experts in our different locations and Opcos.
  • Work on challenging tasks, projects, and complete numerous trainings in an international environment.
  • Develop your personal network in a collaborative environment.
  • Identify potential improvements to help us along in our continuous drive for optimisation.
Requirements
  • Strong technical academic background; Master's in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics or Business Administration.
  • Strong proficiency of business English and local language.
  • Maximum of one to two years of experience in supply chain, business administration or manufacturing environments.
  • Eagerness to take on global projects and temporary international relocation opportunities.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to different cultures, helping our operations around the world.
