About the Role
Acciona S.A is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in a French-speaking country. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating infrastructure development projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Detailed Baseline Planning.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and contractual documentation.
- Manage and update project progress curves and reports.
- Collaborate with the Project Director and Site Manager to develop and update personnel schedules.
- Monitor and control subcontractor performance and compliance with contractual plans.
- Identify and mitigate potential project delays and develop acceleration plans when necessary.
- Perform on-site resource management, weekly production control, and forecast estimates.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in project management, planning, and coordination. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Organization/Industrial or Civil Engineering and 8-12 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in English (C1) and French (B2) is also required.
