Are you a finance and accounting professional looking to boost your career development? We're seeking an AP Trainee to join our dynamic multicultural team at Td Synnex in Barcelona. As an AP Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company while working in a supportive international environment.
What You'll Learn:- Invoice Review and Processing: Review invoices for proper documentation before payment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Data Entry: Perform invoice and general ledger data entry with strong skills in accurate and efficient data entry.
- Vendor Account Management: Create and maintain vendor accounts, resolving any disputes or issues that may arise.
- Dispute Management: Track and resolve disputes, handle credit notes, and upload provider's invoices and credit notes.
We're looking for candidates with a strong foundation in finance and accounting, proficiency in Excel and SAP, and excellent mathematical skills. Your attention to detail and language proficiency (fluent English and Spanish) will also be valuable assets in this role.
