What You Will Learn:
Invoice Review and Processing: Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment. ✅ ️ Data Entry: Perform invoice and general ledger data entry. ️ ️ Vendor Account Management: Vendor account creation and maintenance. ❓ Dispute Management: Dispute tracking, query resolution, and credit note handling.Upload provider’s invoices and credit notes.What We Are Looking For:
Education: Finance and Accounting Vocational qualification. Technical Skills: Other Education / Certifications: in Excel and SAP. Data Entry: Strong skills in accurate and efficient data entry. ➕ Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail with a commitment to accuracy. ️ Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish (high plus), both written and verbal.What We Offer You:
