Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Training Leadership: Develop and implement a global training strategy that drives business results and supports our company's mission.
- Curriculum Development: Design and deliver training curricula that cover a range of disciplines, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for training programs and measure their impact on employee performance and organizational goals.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to understand organizational goals and ensure training programs align with strategic objectives.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the Commercial training budget, prioritizing among markets and ensuring effective resource allocation.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Health Sciences.
- Experience: 7+ years of training or related experience in the biopharmaceutical or health-related industry, with 3-5 years of management experience leading a team.
- Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish, with German, French, or Italian being a valuable asset. Excellent communication, coordination, and collaboration skills, with a strong leadership presence.
