Your Missions:

  1. Implementation Phase: As an Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Specialist, you will be integral to all phases of the HRIS solution implementation (Design, Build, Acceptance, Deployment, Support) for our clients, focusing on the following key missions:
  2. Configuration and Solution Design: Configure the modules to implement a functional solution that aligns with the customer's requirements, evaluating the impact of configurations on processes and/or HR modules of the domain of expertise (Core HR, Payroll, Time, Talent).
  3. Requirements Translation and Documentation: Participate in translating customer requirements into deliverables, creating documentations and presentations (design, application documentation, acceptance tests, training materials).
  4. Integration and Data Migration: Integrate the latest version of the solution into the current environment used by the client in its business processes, ensuring seamless data migration from the old version to the new version of the HRIS solution.

Support and Maintenance: Application Management Services, assisting in managing the maintenance of the solution with our clients. Manage corrective and enhancements tickets for the solution (bug fix, user support, enhancement's configuration, delivery of patches and new versions). Conduct technical and application monitoring, train users. Advise clients on application changes and their solution.

Your Profile: Prior experience in HRIS in a consulting firm or in a company and implementation projects is essential. Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or Support Projects is a plus. Certifications in Oracle HCM or any modules are an asset. Your level of English is fluent.
