Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Coordination: Provide leadership and coordination for support and maintenance activities, including incident management, service request management, and helpdesk management.
- CoE Structure Evolution: Implement a CoE structure evolution, enabling the transition of CoE support model to an in-house structure with internal resources.
- Team Growth and Management: Grow and manage a team of professionals until the last market go-live in 2024.
- Project Management: Act as a Project Manager for multiple small, medium, and large projects after go-live in markets, including the rollout of the IFRS 16 module for all 18 markets in corporation with the Group accounting function.
- Functional Knowledge and Training: Provide in-depth Oracle ERP cloud solution functional knowledge to support changes, upgrades, and releases, including leading and coordinating functional training, validation, and user support.
- Continuous Improvement: Review and evaluate new features included in Oracle Service Packs (quarterly updates) for further business process evolution and continuous improvement.
- Deep Functional Understanding: Possess a deep functional understanding of the implemented cloud solution within the business and their pillar specialism (FIN AP / AR / CM / AM / General Ledger).
- Training and Deployment: Elaborate a strategy for training and deploy training waves to company stakeholders, validators, and end users (refresh training cycles on existing functionalities, new functionalities, etc.).
- Experience and Qualifications: 5 years of relevant experience, as part of an international team in a large organization, with extensive experience in FIN transactional processes, specifically Oracle technology, and proven experience in managing teams in support/maintenance activities during implementation programs.
- Financial Process and Operation Knowledge: Strong financial process and operation knowledge and deep understanding of Oracle system architecture and emerging capabilities.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Experience in managing teams in ERP support model through change, with the ability to influence at all levels with a customer service mindset, and familiarity with compliance and governance controls.
- Education and Language: High education degree in Finance/Economics/Business/IT/Engineering, and fluent in written and spoken English, with Spanish/French desirable.
- Results-Oriented: Results-oriented, with the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
- Leadership: Leadership, with the ability to influence processes and stakeholders.
- Teamwork: Teamwork, with other leaders of the system, as stakeholders around the process.
