Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including modules like Performance Management, Compensation, and Employee Central.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR teams to support talent management and optimize HR processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SuccessFactors-related issues to ensure system reliability
  • Provide training and support to end users for efficient SuccessFactors utilization
  • Analyze business requirements and design solutions for effective talent management
  • Stay updated on SuccessFactors regulations and system enhancements
