Job Summary

Empresa Reconocida is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SuccessFactors Integration Project Lead to join our established team. As a key member of our Cloud HR department, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, support, and maintenance of various SuccessFactors modules on a technical and functional level.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in SAP Cloud integrations (SCPI) and a strong understanding of SAP apps, extensions, and technical developments. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge of data migration, as well as strong organizational and collaborative skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, support, and maintenance of SuccessFactors modules
  • Develop and implement integration strategies for SAP Cloud integrations (SCPI)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Cloud HR and SuccessFactors

Requirements

  • Experience in SAP Cloud integrations (SCPI)
  • Knowledge of SAP apps, extensions, and technical developments
  • Excellent technical knowledge of data migration
  • Excellent organizational and collaborative skills
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
